Welcome to Baked by Jaz. By placing an order and making payment, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

Wedding Cakes, Grazing Tables, Buffets & Outside Catering

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the event date.

• Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of your order, and deposits will not be refunded.

  Celebration Cakes

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• The full balance is payable upfront to secure your order.

• All cakes are provided with a Cake Care Card containing handling and storage instructions.

• Baked by Jaz cannot be held responsible for any damage (e.g., leaning, melting, or sliding) caused by failure to follow the provided care instructions. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances.

  Postal Orders

• All bakes sent by post are dispatched via Royal Mail 24-hour Next Day Delivery.

• Once dispatched, Baked by Jaz accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed packages.

• Any delivery issues, delays, or claims must be taken up directly with Royal Mail.

  Agreement to Terms

• By making a payment to Baked by Jaz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
